Online sessions can be conducted either through our integrated video conferencing system or via your preferred platform like Google Meet or Zoom. If using our system, you'll simply log into your dashboard at the scheduled time and join the session with one click. For external platforms, the mentor will share a secure link before the session starts.
We want every mentoring experience to be valuable. If you're not satisfied with a session, please contact our support team within 24 hours with your concerns. We'll review each situation individually and may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
